As many of you know, I have not had much success in the romantic/marital love department. And I used to get all sad and droopy when this holiday celebrating romance would come around.
A couple of years ago, I decided to turn that around. Rather than moping about because there is one particular flavor of love that I lack, I’m celebrating all the richness and variety of love in my life. I’m starting with my kids (surprised, you are, I’m sure) and I made them valentines cards:
Then there is my mom and my brothers and their wife/fiancée. And my wonderful, wonderful friends. And my patients and their families. And the cat (OK, cats).
That’s one of the cool things about love–there’s always room for more.
Hugs and kisses everyone.
Love the cards. Happy valentines day Fawn!
