2 eggs scrambled in 1 tablespoon butter, tea, 4 oz. of Polish turkey sausage. Calories 395.


Lunch: meatloaf sandwich with left over meatloaf, spinach and a banana. Calories 575.



Chicken drumstick sprinkled with chili seasoning from the spice packette, 2 oz. of noodles mixed with 0.5 tablespoon butter and about 3 oz. of fresh spinach stemmed, and sautéed with 1 clove garlic and 0.5 tablespoons butter. Calories 455.

    I made the stir fry tonight with the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter & a few sprinkles of soy sauce…Wow…it was so good! My husband commented several times about how good it tasted. Thanks for the recipe.

    really loving this series. i wish i had an ALDI near me. there was one close when i lived in PA but
    not one here in Maine. i will compare your ALDI prices with my grocery store. it seems you don’t
    use a lot of condiments. that alone saves money. thanks again for doing this series

      I don’t use lots of condiments even when I’m not doing a challenge, but there are a few meals during the 15 days that would be improved by some mustard or mayo.
