I’ve got a steep learning curve to figure out my new laptop’s software, the blog software and how to download photos, but I’m getting the hang of it. Dinner last night was a homemade chicken pesto dish made w/ egg noodles, a couple grilled chicken breasts diced, the rest of a jar of pesto that had been hanging out in the refrigerator the past month. Presto! (or Pesto!….ouch) the main event. I sectioned the three remain oranges in the house and that with some leftover Christmas cookies was dinner. Tonight we had homemade pepperoni pizza. Homemade crust, tomato sauce, a few spices, chopped green pepper, pepperoni, low-fat mozzarella cheese. 11 minutes in the oven. There is 1/2 a slice left for breakfast or lunch.
